Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our warehouse: Address: 1822 Ellesmere Rd, Scarborough, ON M1H 2V5 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Please wait for a pickup confirmation before coming. Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready, you may pick it up during business hours.

Return/Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom or special-order products.
